rooms were spotlessly cleaned. the hotel has lots of activities from morning to midnight. the outdoor swimming pool is warm enough even during the winter season. there are varieties of food, wine, beverages, and desserts available and selected all-day.
adjusting the number of guests traveling or reducing the number of days booked was not possible a week before the trip.

the resort has a large outdoor swimming pool accessible to guests, with several restaurants available for dinner including italian, sushi, fine dining, turkish, and fish options, there is also a beach with a beach bar.

staff members were courteous, helpful, and relaxed. guest relations organized balloons, flowers, and cake at our dinner table during special family occasions, these gestures were greatly appreciated. the hotel is special, placing great emphasis on customer satisfaction.

i was delighted by how clean everything was. my room was super clean every day. the gym had plenty of equipment, i saw three treadmills. the outdoor spaces were also immaculate, i noticed staff constantly tidying. i loved the attention to detail.
the online system seemed to always show no availability, even when i tried right when it opened. it meant we couldn't experience all the dining options we wanted.

The service was really good from all staff. The hotel is designed well to meet every need. I appreciated the swim up bar and its variety of drinks. Ordering drinks was super easy with the QR code system at the pool.
Our first impression was not good ,because they gave us the wrong room category at the lobby. No apology was given ,they should be better informed. Online check-in did not work.
